Basil Mocherniak is a hands-on project professional with over 30 years of business and operational experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, and management consulting industries. A key contributor to the strategic operational objectives of a growing management consulting business.
Currently manages overall operations, quality, process improvements, safety, and consultant services across all segments of the business. Previous roles included business development, resource management, and project oversight.
Prior to being in the consulting industry, Basil was a key contributor to the growth and development of a number of burgeoning companies in the service and manufacturing sectors. His value-added services as an Operations and Management executive helped stimulate tremendous growth for every company he has had the pleasure to be involved with. Having been exposed to every size of organization from small family-run manufacturing companies to multi-national development and consulting firms gives Basil a unique and informed perspective on the diverse needs within the industry.
In turn, Basil has an innate appreciation for the dependency of businesses to take a strategic approach to their operational objectives and aggressively strive for best practices in their growth initiatives. He has a practical, down-to-earth style with a clear focus on results. His business acumen combined with an ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization make him an effective and confident operations executive.
