Over the past 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of working across every corner of the power industry—from nuclear refurbishments and hydro upgrades to large-scale transmission programs and complex mine developments. What these environments all have in common is the need for disciplined execution, strong communication, and the ability to unify people toward a common purpose.

Great projects don’t happen by accident. They happen when teams understand the mission, trust each other, and are empowered to solve problems decisively. My focus has always been to create the structure and culture that allow teams to do their best work; safely, transparently, and with a deep respect for the stakeholders we serve.
