PTAG Sponsors Mining4Beer at PDAC 2026

As the global mining community prepares to gather in Toronto for PDAC 2026, PTAG is pleased to once again sponsor Mining4Beer, one of PDAC’s most established and anticipated networking events.

Held annually alongside PDAC, Mining4Beer has become a staple of the conference week, bringing together mining owners, operators, EPCs, and project delivery professionals in a relaxed and informal setting. Beyond the venue and refreshments, the event is valued for what it consistently delivers: meaningful conversations, peer-to-peer engagement, and the opportunity to strengthen relationships across the mining and capital projects ecosystem.

Supporting Industry Connection Beyond the Conference Floor

PDAC is known for its technical sessions, strategic discussions, and market insights. Mining4Beer complements this by creating space for open dialogue outside the conference environment, where professionals can exchange perspectives on project challenges, emerging trends, and lessons learned from across the industry.

PTAG’s continued sponsorship reflects our commitment to supporting collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the mining sector. As projects grow in scale and complexity, strong relationships and open communication remain critical to successful project outcomes. Events like Mining4Beer play an important role in fostering those connections.

A Longstanding Commitment to the Mining Sector

PTAG works closely with mining clients across the full project lifecycle, providing advisory and delivery support in areas such as project management, construction management, project controls, supply chain, engineering management, and performance assessment. Our teams understand the realities of capital project execution in mining, from early-stage development through construction and commissioning.

Participating in PDAC and supporting industry events allows PTAG to stay closely connected to the challenges and priorities shaping the sector. It also provides an opportunity to engage with clients and partners in a setting that encourages candid discussion and shared learning.

Looking Ahead to PDAC 2026

Mining4Beer will take place during PDAC 2026 in Toronto and is expected to once again draw a strong cross-section of industry leaders and practitioners. PTAG looks forward to reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new industry peers, and continuing conversations that extend beyond the conference sessions.

If you will be attending PDAC 2026 and are interested in joining us at Mining4Beer, we welcome you to reach out.

Let’s raise a glass to meaningful connections and industry camaraderie.

PTAG to Participate in CII Webinar on 2026 CBA Priorities

PTAG is pleased to announce that Patrick Dubreuil will be presenting in an upcoming Construction Industry Institute (CII) webinar exploring how Communities for Business Advancement (CBAs) are shaping priorities for 2026.

Scheduled for Thursday, February 12 at 11:00 am CST, this session will bring together CBA leaders to share insights into their strategic focus areas, preview upcoming meeting topics, and outline planned activities for the first quarter of the year.

Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how specific CBAs align with their organization’s most pressing challenges, including:

  • Adoption and advancement of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) best practices
  • Progressing supply chain digitization and performance
  • Translating industry collaboration into practical, implementable outcomes

CII members consistently cite CBA participation as a high-value forum for accessing timely insights, benchmarking against peers, and bringing proven practices back to their internal teams. The collaborative nature of CBAs allows participants to both contribute expertise and learn from others facing similar challenges across capital-intensive industries.

PTAG’s continued involvement in CII reflects our commitment to advancing industry performance through structured collaboration, data-driven insights, and applied best practices across project management, project controls, construction management, and supply chain disciplines.

PTAG Participates in the 360°Experience in Support of 360°kids

At PTAG, giving back to the communities where we live and work is an important part of who we are. In York Region, our charity of choice is 360°kids, an organization dedicated to supporting at-risk and homeless youth through prevention, housing, education, and life-skills programs.

As part of this commitment, PTAG is proud to be participating in the 360°Experience, an annual fundraising initiative hosted by 360°kids. This year, we have entered a PTAG corporate team, bringing our people together in support of a cause that creates meaningful impact within our local community.

About the 360°Experience

The 360°Experience is a unique, immersive event designed to build awareness of the challenges faced by vulnerable youth. Rather than a traditional fundraiser, participants engage in interactive, team-based activities that simulate real barriers experienced by young people supported by 360°kids.

PTAG’s team will be participating in the Team Challenge Experience on:

Thursday, March 5, 2026
7:00 PM – 1:00 AM

This experience is well suited for corporate teams and first-time participants and includes:

  • Interactive challenges based on real youth stories
  • Team problem-solving and reflection activities
  • Opportunities to build connection while gaining a deeper understanding of youth homelessness

Why This Matters

360°kids supports more than 3,000 youth each year, yet over 300 young people in our community experience homelessness every night. The 360°Experience plays a critical role in raising both awareness and support to ensure youth have access to safe housing, essential services, and opportunities to build stable futures.

By participating as a corporate team, PTAG is reinforcing its commitment to social responsibility, community engagement, and supporting organizations that create long-term, positive change.
