Recognized authority in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Advanced Project Delivery (APD), with a legacy of shaping industry standards, mentoring global teams, and integrating digital execution strategies. Former Principal Technical Expert at Shell, where he led the Construction Community of Practice and built the company’s AWP global body of knowledge. Jay’s leadership has influenced many projects and capital programs resulting in improved outcomes. A Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and recipient of multiple industry awards, a trusted advisor and thought leader shaping the future of project execution.
