With more than 22 years of leadership experience in energy generation, power distribution, critical infrastructure, and emerging smart technologies, Michael brings a unique blend of commercial acumen, and operational expertise, to every engagement. His career includes a track record of managing complex project environments, and fostering collaborative, high-performance cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Michael’s industry expertise spans nuclear (including SMRs), renewables (hydrogen, bio-diesel, solar, wind, carbon capture), oil & gas, hydro, industrial, utilities, healthcare, and communications. He is a recognized leader in project delivery excellence, Lean methodologies, integrated project frameworks, and operational change management. His ability to drive strategic partnerships and champion innovation has earned him the trust of clients and partners across North America.
