Ugo Santone is a Human Resources and Talent Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in business development, talent management & acquisition, operations and human resources. This also includes extensive experience in strategic client management, client relations development, growth strategies, client service delivery planning/execution, resource management and organizational development.
He works closely with key stakeholders to lead project team development, establish an organizational structure, project planning, relationship management, project operations, resource planning, and strategizing. Extensive experience as a Trusted Advisor in developing relationships with national and international clients, providing consulting and advisory services on implementing Project Team Organizations, Resourcing Strategies, Resource Management, PMO & Construction Management Team development and Onboarding & Mobilization for large scale Capital Projects both domestically and globally.
His experience includes the design of solutions to issues of resource mobilization, strategic sourcing, organizational development, construction management structure, growth, change, human diversity and organizational culture. As a consultant and advisor, many organizations have benefited from his experience and expertise in partnering with them to assess resourcing needs and executing appropriate resourcing and mobilization action plans. Responsible for business development, collaboration and client relationship management with Executives, Senior Managers and Partners in several industries including Engineering Consulting, Construction Management, Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure and Mining.
His purpose is to drive client & partnership development, financial growth, stability and long-term sustainability for the organization.
