Michael Dubreuil is a Senior Advisor and Managing Partner of PTAG with a background in Capital and Heavy Industrial projects. Michael is a PTAG professional, with over 36 years of experience as a Project Manager and Advisor with a strong background in industrial and infrastructure capital and sustaining projects.

Michael has been widely recognized for his leadership and coaching abilities. At PTAG, Michael works with all disciplines and all organizational levels from investors, boards, executives, managers, and staff; to advise, organize, plan and execute projects using industry-recognized Best Practices supported with innovative Technology.

His hands-on experience ranges from the boardroom, head office, field offices to construction sites.  Michael provides Facilitation and Coaching to enable organizational change and restructuring to improve program and project success rates and project performance across all project phases from concept to closeout.

Michael has advised, developed, planned, executed, facilitated, and coached on projects and programs in Heavy Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Pipelines and Infrastructure and in the areas of Project Controls process improvement, and innovation to improve schedule, cost, productivity, safety, and quality.

He has participated in and led industry research teams consisting of academics, owners, OEMs, constructors, and consultants in the development of highly collaborative and integrated contracting and delivery methods, published by CII in August 2018 – Industrial Integrated Project Delivery (I2PD)
