Mr. Dubreuil is the Managing Director for PTAG Inc., a leading global capital project/program management firm. He has 33 years of experience leading projects and organizations through significant development, restructuring, and process improvement. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Power, Utility and Infrastructure sector of the Construction Industry Institute and implementer of best practices from CII.

Mr. Petta leads Construction Management services at PTAG. With 20 years of progressive industrial construction management experience, he is a recognised leader working with owners, constructors and EPCs and implementing best practices to improve projects success rates including front-end planning, advanced work packaging improving craft productivity, and real-time project performance evaluation.
